Register with us as a New Patient

Practice Boundary

The Practice boundaries are limited to:

  • G72 area (up to and including Greenlees Road, Cambuslang)
  • G44 area (up to and including Aitkenhead Road, Glasgow)
  • G45 area (Lanarkshire postcodes only)
  • G73 ALL

The geographical area served is outlined above. Patients registered with the practice must live within the practice boundary area. This limitation is present to ensure that the practice can provide fast and appropriate emergency care to a patient who falls ill suddenly. If you currently reside outwith the above boundaries, you will not be removed from the Practice list. If however, you change your address and this is still outwith the above boundaries, you will be asked to register with another Practice.

In Person

If you want to register with our practice please come along and ask the receptionist at the front desk for a new patient pack. Within this pack you will find a registration form and new patient questionnaire. These forms are also available to download, see links at bottom of page.

If you prefer a particular type of doctor such as female for a female patient and vice versa, we will note this and do our best to respect your choice. However, not all doctors in the practice provide all services and specific doctors may not always be immediately available.

There are a number of reasons why you may not be able to register with your chosen GP. For example, you may live too far away. If this is the case simply choose another GP in your local area.

Your medical records may take several weeks to arrive at the Practice.

Temporary Registration

Patients staying in the area for less than three months may be seen as temporary residents. Our reception staff will assist you to register as a temporary patient.
