The District Nurse role is to provide nursing care to housebound patients and care of patients with chronic disease in the community. They also play a very important role in palliative care for patients with terminal illness. The practice participates in the Gold Standard Palliative Care Framework to provide the highest quality care for these patients.

- Monitoring Blood Pressure

A Health Visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
