The Stonelaw Practice

District Nurses

We have 5 District Nurses attached to our Practice.  Their role is to provide nursing care to housebound patients and care of patients with chronic disease in the community.  They also play a very important role in palliative care for patients with terminal illness.  The Practice participates in the Gold Standard Palliative Care Framework to provide the highest quality care for these patients.

Our District Nurses provide care to patients in their own homes through a 24 hour nursing service and can be contacted at the undernoted times by telephone:

Day Staff:
